研究记录13-添加恶意行为检测机制
吸收了一些新论文的想法，对原访问控制系统功能做了补充，添加了恶意行为检测（或者称为动态访问控制），目的是减少恶意行为，增加合法行为在区块链中得到确认的几率。所有调整总结查看 附录I。
